New & Updated Features on 1-800-Call-Dex
This page gets updated as new features are added to the 1-800-Call-Dex service.
SMS Text Messaging Now Available!
To make your search faster and easier, an SMS message, containing the company name, address and phone number, can be sent to your mobile device at your request.
This information, sent by Dex at no additional cost, allows for seamless storage of merchant information that you wish to visit or call again at a later date.
Business Name Search Now Available!
In addition to Business Type Search capability, Dex is pleased to offer its' callers the choice to search by Business Name.
This allows callers who already know which merchant they wish to do business with, to obtain their contact information quickly and easily.
Again, there is no cost for using the Business Name Search option.
Live Operator Back-Up Now Active!
In an effort to ensure every call is productive and efficient, Dex has secured Live Operator Back-Up for each and every call to 1-800-Call-Dex.
This means that whether you choose to search by Business Name or Business Type and run into some difficulty, a live operator will join the call and secure the information you seek.
As with every other service on 1-800-Call-Dex, live operator back-up is free!
